Fit Check

The playbook that got you here won't get you to what's next. This is for you if...

You want pipeline you can forecast and marketing you can hold accountable to revenue.
You lead a growth-stage company and growth has outpaced the marketing behind it.
You're ready for senior leadership at the table, at the pace and scope your stage calls for.

Pricing questions, answered.

What is a fractional CMO?+

A fractional CMO is an experienced marketing leader who runs your marketing strategy part-time, for a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire. You get senior, CMO-level leadership to set direction, build the system, and drive pipeline, without the salary, equity, and months-long search a full-time CMO requires.

What does a fractional CMO cost?+

Fractional CMO engagements start at $10K per month. Strategic Advisory starts at $4K per month, and project work is priced to the outcome and quoted up front. The fastest way to a real number is a short conversation about what you actually need.

How does fractional CMO pricing compare to a full-time CMO?+

A full-time CMO typically costs $300K to $400K a year in salary and equity, plus a months-long search. A fractional engagement starts at $10K per month, with the same senior leadership at the table and no overhead, and can be working inside your business within weeks.

What's included in each model?+

Advisory is working sessions on your cadence plus direction between calls. Fractional is marketing leadership inside your business: building the system and owning the outcome. Projects deliver fixed-scope milestones with documented deliverables and clear handoffs, typically in 4 to 6 weeks.

How does billing work?+

Retainers are a flat monthly rate, not hourly, because you're hiring outcomes rather than hours. Project engagements are scoped and quoted up front, with payment terms set in the proposal before work begins.

How many hours per week do I get?+

Cadence and hours are shaped to your stage and scope in the proposal, and the retainer is anchored to outcomes rather than hours. We set the cadence together, and it flexes as the work does.

What happens in the first 30 days?+

A deep audit of your systems, campaigns, and team structure, followed by a custom 90-day strategic roadmap. You'll know what's working, what's leaking, and what we're building first.

What if it isn't working?+

If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you on the diagnostic call and point you to who is. And once we're working together, either of us can end the engagement with notice after the initial term. You only pay for the month in progress.

Is there a minimum commitment?+

Fractional CMO and Strategic Advisory engagements both have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month, and either of us can end the engagement with notice. Projects are fixed scope, typically 4 to 6 weeks.

Is a fractional CMO the same as a consultant or an agency?+

No. This isn't passive advice: I drive execution and own outcomes. It isn't consulting from the sidelines: I'm hands-on and embedded with your team. It isn't freelance task work: it's strategic leadership designed to move the business forward. And it isn't a full-time hire: you get the impact without the cost, overhead, or long-term commitment.

Which model is right for me?+

Start with the moment, not the org chart. If you have a capable team that needs senior direction, Advisory. If you need someone to build and run the engine, Fractional. If you need one thing fixed and documented before committing further, a Project. A quick, complimentary diagnostic will tell you which.

What if I need to scale up or down?+

Engagements are built to flex. Advisory can step up to a fractional seat when the work grows, and a project often becomes ongoing leadership once the plan is in place. Scope adjusts as the business changes.
